According to Article 16 DSA, we are obligated to establish a procedure by which individuals or entities can report the presence of individual information in our services that they consider to be illegal content. If you wish to do so, please use the input form below:

Please provide a clear indication of the exact electronic location of this information, such as the precise URL address or addresses, or, where necessary, further useful information for identifying the illegal content. Please provide us with your name and email address unless it concerns information believed to pertain to an offense referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU.

Acceptable Use Policy

When using or interacting with our VR experiences, we expect you to adhere to our values regarding tone, security, authenticity, decency, and privacy.

The following behaviors and content contradict our values:

Do or promote anything aimed at deceiving other users or realworld one, or otherwise abusing our products or services. This includes, for example:
- Impersonation of another person or entity, identity theft, creation or use of fake user accounts
- Fraud, scams, or other fraudulent activities
- Collection or sharing of confidential personal information, hacking user accounts, sharing account login details, or malware, as well as unauthorized access to content
Do or promote anything that is illegal, abusive, or could lead to physical harm. This includes, for example:
- Sexualization, exploitation, or abuse of minors
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, or hateful behavior
- Advocating, glorifying, or engaging in violence, human exploitation, trafficking, or smuggling
- Supporting or representing groups or individuals involved in terrorism, organizations with hate messages, or criminal groups
- Glorification or coordination of physical harm such as sexual assaults, physical harm, or suicide or self-harm
- Any form of non-consensual intimate actions, including sharing intimate images of others without their consent
- Violation of intellectual property rights, such as abusive use of copyrighted or trademarked material
- Illegal sale of or trade in regulated goods and the promotion thereof.

Areas accessible to all community members of the realworld one platform, such as open lobbies, multiplayer rooms, and public events, attract the interest of large audiences. Please pay particular attention to your behavior and content. The following behaviors are prohibited:

Sharing spam (repeated offering of commercial services or goods or making requests) and promoting regulated goods or services
Explicitly sexual or excessively violent behavior or sharing of such content

Additionally, you must comply with applicable laws.

We are continually developing new virtual experiences and innovations. Therefore, we regularly update these guidelines to ensure everyone is aware of their obligations.

DSA Transparency Report

According to Articles 15, 24, and 42 DSA, this transparency report provides information about orders and reports concerning illegal content that we have received regarding our platform, as well as the moderation actions taken by us.
