    In order to expand our team in Dallas / Texas (USA), we are now looking for a talented


    Business Development Associate

    Your responsibilities:

    • Reach out and communicate with our clients and represent realworld one and our company values via various channels (LinkedIn, phone calls, Email, etc.) 
    • Be responsible for your assigned accounts and clients and collaborate closely with our Global Business Development Director to boost the business 
    • Track and document your work with modern business software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot & GONG)
    • Build trust with potential customers and partners and convince them to work with us 
    • Proactively share your input and ideas 
    • Plan and hold meetings at the client's location in cooperation with the business development team

    Your profile:

    • Empathetic, cooperative, and dedicated with a customer-oriented mindset
    • Open-minded and friendly personality with a positive charisma on the phone and negotiating skills
    • Driven and motivated person with the skills to manage time and resources effectively
    • Great communication skills and complete fluency in English
    • Previous experience working with customers from our target industries or in telephone sales would be a plus
