    In order to expand our team in Freiburg (Germany), we are now looking for a talented

    Backend Engineering Associate (m/f/d)

    Your responsibilities:

    • Support our Engineering team with implementing scalable backend solutions of our platform product (e.g. app distribution, multiplayer and social services) 
    • Help to ensure testing coverage of our new features, including unit, functional and integration testing 
    • Create detailed documentation of development features and new systems for the programming teams
    • Assist in the implementation of database solutions for our platform systems

    Your profile:

    • Minimum of three semesters completed in Computer Science or related degree
    • Independent working style with a systematic and pragmatic mindset
    • Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with C#, .NET CORE and RESTful services
    • Highly interested in Azure-hosted infrastructure, common multiplayer/online games services or working on legacy code would be a plus  
    • Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases preferred
    • Proficiency in verbal and written English
