    In order to expand our team in Germany, we are now looking for a talented

    Account Director - Life Sciences (m/f/d) 

    Your responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary contact for all strategic matters within the account, treating it as your own business to boost sales and customer satisfaction. 
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to client needs. 
    • Design custom solutions in collaboration with internal teams and key external stakeholders. 
    • Foster strong, strategic relationships with key external stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships. 
    • Oversee internal and external reporting routines, ensuring transparency and timely communications. 
    • Monitor market trends and technological advancements to seize new business opportunities. 

    Your profile:

    • Proven experience in complex B2B sales, particularly in account-based and solution selling.
    • Strong background in strategic account management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets in high-growth environments.
    • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, and skilled in consulting and negotiation.
    • Detailed industry experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Diagnostics, Analytics or related industries. Knowledge about software or VR/AR sales are a plus.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups. German would be a plus.
    • Highly motivated, reliable, and empathetic character, with a passion for developing enduring customer relationships.
